 BB:PAID) announced today they have entered into a strategic alliance with Mastro Fine Sports, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

 headquartered in Chicago. The agreement provides a formal working relationship between these two companies.

Sales OnLine Direct will offer the technical skills necessary to create, host and maintain both the Mastro web sites and their extraordinary auctions. The strategic alliance will include the following arrangements; e-commerce capabilities for Mastro Fine Sports, assisting one another with the marketing and sales of collectibles, access to the Mastro auction archives for Sales OnLine Directs customers so that they may see realized prices, descriptions and pictures of genuine authentic sports collectibles.

In addition, Mastro will contribute articles to Sales OnLine Direct for various web sites. "We are confident that these articles will enhance the content on our sites and give users an inside look at important issues that affect the sports collecting world," concluded Marc Stengel, Executive Vice President of Sales OnLine Direct.

Mastro Fine Sports will supply its high standards for grading and authenticating sports memorabilia The term sports memorabilia usually refers to anything that can be directly connected to a sports event or personality. These items are generally gathered by fans of the particular sport, athlete or team that the item signifies or by collectors who find value in the rarity  to Sales OnLine Direct. We hope to extend these grading services to other Sales OnLine Direct users in the future. The parties have also agreed to purchase jointly, or assist each other in the purchase of certain items for their respective inventories, auctions or sales. The parties have further agreed to assist each other in the marketing and sale of collectibles.
