[2] Sales OnLine Direct and Mastro Fine Sports Announce Strategic Alliance.

Sales OnLine Direct, Inc. (OTC BB:PAID) announced today they have entered into a strategic alliance with Mastro Fine Sports, LLC headquartered in Chicago. The agreement provides a formal working relationship between these two companies.

Sales OnLine Direct will offer the technical skills necessary to create, host and maintain both the Mastro web sites and their extraordinary auctions. The strategic alliance will include the following arrangements; e-commerce capabilities for Mastro Fine Sports, assisting one another with the marketing and sales of collectibles, access to the Mastro auction archives for Sales OnLine Directs customers so that they may see realized prices, descriptions and pictures of genuine authentic sports collectibles.

In addition, Mastro will contribute articles to Sales OnLine Direct for various web sites. "We are confident that these articles will enhance the content on our sites and give users an inside look at important issues that affect the sports collecting world," concluded Marc Stengel, Executive Vice President of Sales OnLine Direct.

Mastro Fine Sports will supply its high standards for grading and authenticating sports memorabilia to Sales OnLine Direct. We hope to extend these grading services to other Sales OnLine Direct users in the future. The parties have also agreed to purchase jointly, or assist each other in the purchase of certain items for their respective inventories, auctions or sales. The parties have further agreed to assist each other in the marketing and sale of collectibles.

Last April, Sales OnLine Direct hosted the auction for Mastro Fine Sports, which set a new world, record with $5,500,000 in bids. This new alliance between the two companies hopes to generate even greater auctions in the near future. Principal Bill Mastro, who has been in the sports memorabilia business for over 30 years and was responsible for Sotheby's (NYSE: BID) sports auctions from 1991 to 1994. Don Flanagan, also a principal of Mastro Fine Sports, directed Christie's sports auctions from 1993 to 1997 and is the sole authenticator and appraiser for the MCI National Sports Gallery in Washington, D.C.

Sales OnLine Direct, has also retained the services of MERRILL LYNCH (NYSE:MER) to review the possible acquisition of Mastro Fine Sports, LLC. Sales OnLine Direct is currently reviewing the documents from Merrill Lynch.
