), developers and marketers of advanced energy-saving motor controllers, Tuesday announced that it has filed an application with the Securities and Exchange Commission to become a full-reporting company.

"Once that status is achieved," said Stephen Shulman, president, "we will immediately apply for listing on the Nasdaq Bulletin Board."

Power Efficiency was previously traded on the Bulletin Board until earlier this year when the SEC mandated full-reporting status for listing on that exchange.
