:PAYV.OB), Marc Pitcher, President, announced that PayForView.com has entered into an agreement with INTERVU Inc. (Nasdaq/NM:ITVU) of San Diego San Diego (săn dēā`gō), city (1990 pop. 1,110,549), seat of San Diego co., S Calif., on San Diego Bay; inc. 1850. San Diego includes the unincorporated communities of La Jolla and Spring Valley. Coronado is across the bay.  to provide on-demand Internet streaming services, for all of PayForView.com's video and audio content.

Under the terms of the agreement, INTERVU will provide the streaming technology for all audio and video content formatted in Microsoft's Windows Media Player Digital jukebox software for Windows from Microsoft that plays a variety of audio, video and streaming formats including MP3, WMA, CD audio and MIDI. Starting with Version 6.2 in 1999, the Windows Media Rights Manager was added for securing copyrighted content. , at 56K, 128K, 300K speeds and above.

INTERVU will also provide detailed monthly reporting statistics including the number of streams served and the average length of viewing -- information that PayForView.com will use to establish a sliding scale slidĀ·ing scale

The move is in preparation for PayForView.com's first quarter 2000 launch. The PayForView.com Web site is currently being redesigned to reflect the company's intention to expand its services and profile in the industry.
