I-Impact, Inc., a leader in software technology and services for measuring, evaluating and optimizing the economic performance of commercial web businesses, today announced appointments to its executive management team.

Dickson Chu has joined the company as the vice president of Business Development. The company also announced that Bob Van der Wal has joined I-Impact as vice president and chief financial officer.

Mr. Dickson Chu brings more than 14 years of high-technology and business experience to I-Impact. He was formerly a principal with Heidrick & Struggles Internet practice, and prior to that he was vice president of the Customer Management Group at Wells Fargo Bank. Mr. Chu also held the position of principal at CSC Index. Mr. Dickson received a bachelor of arts degree in integral liberal arts/classics and an M.B.A. from Saint Mary's College Saint Mary's College, at Notre Dame, Ind., near South Bend; Roman Catholic; for women; est. 1844 as St. Mary's Academy, chartered 1850 at Bertrand, Mich.; moved and chartered 1855. The school shares certain programs and facilities with the Univ. . He has authored several white papers on demand chain redesign and supply chain integration.

Mr. Van der Wal joins I-Impact from Bank of America, where he held several senior management positions, most recently as group financial officer for the U.S. and Canada Corporate and Investment Banking Group -- an $82 billion organization with customers ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. His primary focus was on the technology industry. Before joining Bank of America, Mr. Van der Wal was a manager with Deloitte & Touche in Los Angeles; and prior to that, he held the position of corporate controller for Syfrets Trust Ltd, Cape Town, South Africa.
