EpicEdge, (DASI) which recently released news of the adoption of its new name, today reported winning one of the high tech world's elite for its Board of Directors.

A well respected and successful leader in the high tech industry, John P. Streeten has joined EpicEdge's Board of Directors. Mr. Streeten is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of NewWorldApps, Inc., a pioneer provider of high availability Internet Application Services based in Vienna, VA. NewWorldApps provides application management services to enable Internet delivery of leading enterprise software applications. An early leader in the Application Service Provider market, Mr. Streeten previously served as Vice President, Finance for USinternetworking, where he was responsible for the Mergers & Acquisitions, Treasury and Investor Relations functions. While at USi, Mr. Streeter had a leading role in the acquisition of two IT services firms and successfully raised over $88 million in pre-IPO private debt. In total, USi raised over $320 million in private equity, private debt and an initial public equity offering during his tenure at the firm. Prior to joining USi, Mr. Streeten held positions with IBM Corporation and Lockheed Martin, and enjoyed years of success in sales and product marketing. Mr. Streeten received an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science degree from Dartmouth College.
