ELTRAX Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: ELTX), partnering with Gain Systems, Inc., announced a $2.2 million dollar project, which will be substantially completed over the next six months, to deploy a state-of-the-art management system for the Army National Guard Bureau's Network Operations Center See NOC.

Network Operations Center - (NOC) A location from which the operation of a network or internet is monitored. Additionally, this center usually serves as a clearinghouse for connectivity problems and efforts to resolve those problems.
