Earjam IMP (Internet Music Player) To Give Users Free Access to

myplay Service, Including 250Mb of Online MP3 Storage

Earjam.com, a leading developer of software and services for the Internet music market, today announced a co-marketing and co-development relationship with myplay.com.

Myplay.com is a new Web-based service that gives Internet users an easier way to acquire, store, organize, and share their MP3 and other digital music files. Earjam.com and myplay.com will work together to integrate myplay.com's online services with Earjam's client software solutions, enabling consumers to easily, and legally, upload CD content to their personal myplay storage locker, and to download their MP3 collection to their desktop, where their Earjam IMP will burn their tunes to a standard CD that can play in any CD player.

All Earjam IMP users will receive a free myplay locker, which includes 250Mb of online storage for their burgeoning music collection. Earjam is exhibiting its products and services at MIDEM (www.midem.com) the premier music industry festival in Cannes, January 22 through 27.

A special preview version of the Earjam IMP will be available for free download from www.earjam.com on February 15, 2000. Interested beta testers may sign up on www.earjam.com in the &uot;betazone&uot;.
