Instant messaging is more interactive than e-mail because messages are sent immediately, whereas e-mail messages can be queued up in a mail server for seconds or tool, appeal to newcomers to the site, as well as our loyal guests who return again and again." In addition, Disney Online recently reached a significant milestone earlier in December when the site hosted more than ten million pages in a single day.
