Darien Dash, CEO of DME Interactive Holdings, Inc., (OTC BB: DGMF), the first publicly traded African-American-owned Internet company, announced today the hiring of Mark J. Herlitz-Ferguson, formerly managing partner at MBIIIC Capital LLC, as President. In his new post, Mr. Herlitz-Ferguson will oversee all day-to-day operations for DME Interactive. Concurrently, Carlton Charles, formerly Vice President and Assistant Treasurer of Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, was named Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Charles will supervise all financial activities of the company. In addition, Tracy E. Tramel, formerly the producer and manager of marketing and promotions for MSBET, was hired as vice president of content groups for the Places of Color online service. Ms. Tramel, will direct all of the content and manage affiliate relationships for the Places of Color network. Mr. Dash, founder of DME, will continue in his role as Chief Executive Officer.

Mark J. Herlitz-Ferguson was the founder, and until recently, managing partner at the New York financial advisory firm, MBIIC Capital LLC, servicing Internet companies. Prior to that, Mr. Herltiz-Ferguson was responsible for the synthetic structured note business division of the Corporate Finance Group of BT Alex. Brown, Incorporated. Mr. Herlitz-Ferguson's risk management and general corporate finance expertise was often used to develop structured solutions for complex corporate strategic problems through the use of derivative products. Mark J. Herlitz-Ferguson received a Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and International Business from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Carlton Charles was most recently a financial consultant to early stage Internet companies. Prior to that Mr. Charles was the Assistant Treasurer and Vice President at Joseph E. Seagram & Sons. The Treasury function for Seagram's operations outside the US and Canada encompasses over $6 Billion in revenues and a presence in 44 Countries. Mr. Charles was one of the lead finance executives in the $10.8 billion deal that merged PolyGram into Seagram. Mr. Charles has also served as Vice President, International at Viacom and held positions in the Treasury Department of Philip Morris. Carlton has an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Tracy E. Tramel was previously the Content Producer and Manager for Marketing and promotions at MSBET, generating close to one million unique visitors per month. Prior to that, Ms. Tramel was the publicist for television and radio personality Donnie Simpson and served as the membership director for the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials. Ms. Tramel also held the position of technical information specialist for the Intelligent Transportation Society of America as well as project manager for the 1996 World Congress on Information Technology Systems. Tracy E. Tramel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Howard University.
