TRW will continue to own 19.9% of the company and will remain a major MARC customer.

Success in the new economy will depend upon development of leaner, faster, and more flexible e-chain management systems. MARC is a leading provider of highly scaleable products and services in the warehouse and supply chain, execution systems market segment. Using next generation proprietary technologies, MARC systems reduce the usual months long installation process to a matter of a few days.

MARC customers are thus not burdened by high costs to re-write, re-host and re-structure their supply chain solutions.

With operations in the U.S., Europe and Australia, MARC Global Holdings expects sales in 2001 to exceed $45 million. Efforts will be focused on increasing the global reach of MARC systems through continued development of indirect sales channels and value-added integrators. The company will continue to concentrate on rapid delivery of end-to-end supply chain solutions.
