: NTU NTU - Network Termination Unit .U) today announced the appointment of Dhru Desai to the position of Senior Vice President, Strategic Development.

Mr. Desai joins NeTrue Communications from Cronus Technology, a company he founded in 1995 to provide interoperability solutions including signaling gateways for converging IP, PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) The worldwide voice telephone network. Once only an analog system, the heart of most telephone networks today is all digital. In the U.S.  and Satellite Networks, as well as billing and Network Management products. Mr. Desai held the position of CEO/ President for 5 years and led the company to achieve international deployment of its products and solutions in over 60 countries and establish strategic OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) The rebranding of equipment and selling it. The term initially referred to the company that made the products (the "original" manufacturer), but eventually became widely used to refer to the organization that buys the products and  relationships with industry leaders including Cisco, Siemens and Lucent Technology. Mr. Desai currently serves as a board member for a number of companies involved in switching system products for international markets, a start-up venture focused on multilingual and globalization globalization

In the position of Senior Vice President, Strategic Development Mr. Desai will be responsible for overseeing the company's strategic direction. Mr. Desai will also take over responsibility for directing NeTrue's Systems Integration and Consulting Services. Mr. Desai will play an instrumental role in identifying opportunities for mergers and acquisitions that will leverage NeTrue's technology in IP telephony The two-way transmission of voice over a packet-switched IP network, which is part of the TCP/IP protocol suite. The terms "IP telephony" and "voice over IP" (VoIP) are synonymous.  and satellite, and strengthen NeTrue's position internationally in the Next Generation Network environment.
