:ETPI ETPI Eastern Telecommunications Philippines Inc. ) announced that George C. Woods has been named president of the company. Woods had joined ETPI in June of 2000 as the company's chief financial officer.

Previously, Woods was vice president of Finance for Fallright America, L.L.C, where he obtained capital for growth and provided monetization of existing shareholders equity. Prior to joining Fallright, Woods was a co-founder and principal of WJG WJG Werner Jaeger Gymnasium (Germany)  Capital, L.L.C., a Houston-based company dedicated to identifying consolidation opportunities. WJG Capital funded Nationwide Staffing Inc., a consolidation company, and also assisted Nationwide with the simultaneous merger of eight Founding Companies and the filing of its initial public offering registration statement to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange New York Stock Exchange (NYSE)
