Woods had joined ETPI in June of 2000 as the company's chief financial officer. Previously, Woods was vice president of Finance for Fallright America, L.L.C, where he obtained capital for growth and provided monetization of existing shareholders equity. Prior to joining Fallright, Woods was a co-founder and principal of WJG WJG Werner Jaeger Gymnasium (Germany) Capital, L.L.C., a Houston-based company dedicated to identifying consolidation opportunities. From 1987 to 1996, Woods held senior financial and accounting positions at Quality Tubing Inc., at which he was the chief financial officer and vice president of Finance and Administration.
