Clarion Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:CLTC) Tuesday announced that it has received approval from the Nasdaq-Amex Market Group for listing of its Common Stock on the Nasdaq Small Cap Market.

Clarion's Common Stock will commence trading on the Nasdaq Small Cap Market under the symbol "CLAR" effective March 2, 2000.
