The two companies are at the forefront of moving forward with this vision by developing and deploying a global broadband roaming solution for the mobile executive."

iPass has already executed Global Broadband Roaming agreements with service providers inter-touch, Nomad Networks and MobileStar, and is continuing its efforts to expand the reach and availability of the broadband roaming service by adding additional service providers on an ongoing basis.

"Just as iPass developed and delivered a dial-up solution for business travelers and remote offices that need to access corporate networks, we will now extend the power of our secure global network to multi-megabits and beyond. We are well prepared to fully utilize our proprietary and unique authentication and settlement technology to make broadband access available any time from anywhere," said Michael Mansouri, iPass chairman and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.
