[0] CBSI Bolsters Its Human Resources Team; Joanne Cordeiro & Sandy Patel Added to Growing Human Resources Department.

Complete Business Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBSI), a global technology services company, today announced two additions to the human resources arm of the company. Joanne Cordeiro has been named vice president in charge of human resources, and Sandy Patel, who has been with CBSI for more than a decade, has been promoted to vice president of human resources program administration and planning.

Joanne Cordeiro, a resident of Winchester, MA, joins CBSI from the Regional Eliassen Companies, Inc., where she acted as vice president of human resources. Eliassen Companies, Inc is one of a group of companies focused on supplemental staffing, contingency/retained search, and e-biz consulting. This group of companies generates revenues in excess of $100 million. Joanne directed the organizational design and development of Eliassen Group, Inc., guided employment and compensations issues, and was a key player in the company's strategic planning efforts.

Cordeiro also spent seven years at SYBASE Inc., where she served as director of human resources for the consulting services division. While at SYBASE, Joanne received the prestigious "Leader for Tomorrow" Award, as well as the SYBASE Outstanding Service Award.

Sandy Patel, a resident of Farmington Hills, MI, has been with CBSI for more than 10 years, joining the company when it was a growing company of only 300 employees. Today, CBSI boasts more than 5,500 full-time employees. Patel has played a key role in assimilating the staff and processes acquired through more than seven merger-acquisitions undertaken by CBSI.
