WELLINGTON, Fla. & MANSFIELD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sept. 21, 2000

B/E Aerospace, Inc. (Nasdaq:BEAV BEAV Binary Editor and Viewer ) and Helix Technology Corporation (Nasdaq:HELX) today jointly announced that B/E's wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock.

Under the three-year agreement, Helix will market and sell Advanced Thermal Technologies' products worldwide. Helix will also service and support ATT's products worldwide, serving both semiconductor equipment manufacturers and end users of ATT's temperature control systems. Advanced Thermal Technologies manufactures products that precisely control the temperature of process chambers in equipment used to manufacture semiconductors.
