      WHAT:  2002 McDonald's All American announcement.

      WHO:   Joel Fisher, Sr. Vice President, Madison Square Garden
           Sports Properties,
           Palmer Moody, Director of Communications, McDonald's
           Corporation and
           Pete Samaha, President, McDonald's New York Tri-State Co-op
           will be on hand to discuss the 2002 McDonald's All American
           game at Madison Square Garden.

      WHY:   The 25th Anniversary McDonald's All American Basketball
           Game will be hosted by Madison Square Garden. The nation's
           top high school senior basketball players will face off, as
           the east meets the west to celebrate the 25th Anniversary.

      WHEN:  Wednesday, March 21, 2001 - 12:00 noon
           Lunch to be served
