The Knowsley-based company that makes the sophisticated ingredients that provide colour in plastics, achieved the rigorous standards demanded by the award at the first attempt. QS9000 is a comprehensive quality accreditation devised for the motor industry and their suppliers and requires those companies that bid for the standard to demonstrate expertise in everything, from anticipation of problems within their process to team building.
