(SPO) FENERBAHCE TO TAKE ON HUNGARY'S HONVED.ISTANBUL, Jul 29, 2009 (TUR tur: see ibex. ) -- Turkish soccer team Fenerbahce will host Hungary's Honved soccer team in UEFA UEFA Union of European Football Associations UEFA n abbr (= Union of European Football Associations) → U.E.F.A. Europa League third qualifying round first leg in Istanbul on Thursday. Knut Kircher Knut Kircher (born February 2, 1969), is a German football referee. In 1998 he became a referee in the 2nd Bundesliga (zweite bundesliga). Kircher was then elevated to a referee in the German Bundesliga for the 2001/2002 season. In 2004 he became a FIFA-referee. of Germany will referee the match at the Sukru Saracoglu Stadium in Istanbul. It will be Fenerbahce's 153rd official match with European clubs. Fenerbahce won 50 of the 152 matches so far. The Turkish soccer team drew in 25 of them and was defeated in 77 matches with the European soccer clubs.
