(SCI) WORLD PHYSICAL THERAPY CONGRESS TO BE HELD IN ISTANBUL.


ISTANBUL, Jun 4, 2009 (TUR tur: see ibex. ) -- Turkey's heartland Istanbul will host the Fifth Congress of the International Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine rehabilitation medicine Physiatry, physiotherapy A field of therapeutics that bridges the gap between conventional and nonconventional medicine; rehabilitation physicians may adminsiter or prescribe mechanical–eg, massage, manipulation, exercise, movement,  (ISPRM ISPRM International Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine ) in June.

The congress will take place at Istanbul's Lutfi Kirdar Congress and Exhibition Hall from June 13 to 17.

A wide range of issues such as recent developments in physical therapy and rehabilitation, new treatment methods for paralysed people and osteoporosis will be discussed at the congress.

Nearly 2.3 thousand scientists from 97 countries from the United States to Japan will be in attendance at the four-day congress.
