It expresses a convergence of will between the parties, indicating an intended common line of action and may not imply a legal commitment. for military training, technical and scientific cooperation between Turkish and Egyptian armies. Speaking at the ceremony, Basbug said military cooperation between the two countries would make significant contributions to the development of Turkish-Egyptian relations. "The memorandum of understanding we signed today is of significant importance for peace in our region as well at a time when global developments force regional countries to cooperate against threats to peace and security," Basbug said.
