The 31st general assembly meeting of the Conference was held in France with the participation of representatives from 44 ECAC-member states.

Ali Aliduru was in attendance at the meeting on behalf of Turkey. He was re-elected as a member of the ECAC Coordinating Committee. He was first elected as member in 2007.

After Aliduru's re-election, Turkey became the only non-EU member country having a member in the Coordinating Committee of the Conference. The other members of the committee are Portugal, Denmark, Germany, France, Finland, Greece, Romania, Britain, the Netherlands and Spain.
