(GEN) TRADE AGREEMENT SIGNED WITH IRAQ, TURKISH MINISTER SAYS.


ANKARA, Mar 25, 2009 (TUR tur: see ibex. ) -- Turkish State Minister for foreign trade Kursad Tuzmen said Turkey and Iraq had signed a framework agreement for a prospect of 20 billion USD USD
