Holding a press conference in Istanbul, World Bank President Robert Zoellick said that the bank, which offered different financing methods for countries with low and middle income, currently tried to create additional capital resources. Noting that World Bank held talks with donor countries in order to expand and diversify its resources, Zoellick said the bank did not experience any difficulties in granting loans during the global economic crisis due to its strong capital structure.
