(ECO) TURKEY'S TAV SIGN AGREEMENT TO TURN OVER HAVAS GROUND SERVICES.ISTANBUL, Oct 19, 2009 (TUR tur: see ibex. ) -- Turkish airport constructor and operator TAV Havalimanlari Holding is getting ready to turn over its ground services company (Havas) to a company it will set up with HSBC HSBC Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation HSBC Humane Society of Broward County (Florida) HSBC Humane Society of Bay County (Bay County, Michigan) Investment and Is Girisim. TAV holding said in a statement on Monday that an agreement was signed among the parties on October 16 to turn over Havas ground services to a new joint venture with HSBC Investment Bank Holdings and Is Girisim Sermayesi Yatirim Ortakligi AS. TAV said that it would generate 180 million euro from the deal. It will own 65 percent stake in the joint venture while NSBC NSBC National Safe Boating Council NSBC National Small Business Council, Inc. NSBC North Syracuse Baptist Church (North Syracuse, NY) NSBC National School Bus Chrome (yellow) Investment will own 28.3 percent and the Is Girisim will own 6.67 percent. Havas is the "first" and the "biggest" ground services company in Turkey which provides ground services at 18 airports throughout Turkey.
