He said Turkish side made a proposal for unit prices for natural gas and that it was the guest delegation's turn to make a counter proposal. Answering a question as to whether Azarbaijan's recent agreement with Russia caused a rise in prices, Yildiz said Turkey made its proposal before the said agreement. "We still stand by our offer because we belive our offer looks out for the feasibility of the project and interests of both countries at the same time," said Yildiz.
