In most cases, these issuers are companies, cities, non-profit organizations, or national governments issuing debt-like securities that can be traded on a Moody's said Friday it raised the foreign currency deposit rating outlook on fifteen Turkish banks to positive from stable. The change followed an upgrade earlier this month of the outlook on country's foreign currency deposit rating to B1. The banks the Moody's rated are Akbank, Anadolubank, Asya Katilim Bankasi, Bankpozitif, Denizbank, Eurobank Tekfen, Finansbank, HSBC HSBC Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation HSBC Humane Society of Broward County (Florida) HSBC Humane Society of Bay County (Bay County, Michigan) Bank, Ziraat Bankasi, Turk Ekonomi Bankasi, Garanti Bankasi, Is Bankasi, Sinai Kalkinma Bankasi, Vakiflar Bankasi, and Yapi ve Kredi Bankasi.
