(ECO) MOODY'S SAYS INFLATION TO BE BELOW CB'S EXPECTATIONS.


LONDON, Jul 16, 2009 (TUR tur: see ibex. ) -- International credit rating agency A credit rating agency (CRA) is a company that assigns credit ratings for issuers of certain types of debt obligations. In most cases, these issuers are companies, cities, non-profit organizations, or national governments issuing debt-like securities that can be traded on a  Moody's has said that the inflation rate in Turkey would continue to proceed below the figures expected by the Turkish Central Bank.

According to an analysis conducted by Moody's, inflation rate would remain below the target of 7.5 percent.

Taking into consideration the oil prices, inflationist expectations, developments in the labor market labor market A place where labor is exchanged for wages; an LM is defined by geography, education and technical expertise, occupation, licensure or certification requirements, and job experience , public finance and domestic-foreign demands, inflation is unlikely to exceed the targeted rate, the analysis said.

Moody's also said that Turkish Central Bank would loosen its monetary policy and continue to reduce interest rates in order not to increase the cost caused by the realization of inflation rate below the target.
