(DIP) TURKEY STRONGLY CONDEMNS ATTACK IN KABUL.ANKARA, Oct 9, 2009 (TUR tur: see ibex. ) -- Turkey strongly condemned the bomb attack in front of the Indian Embassy in Kabul on Thursday. In a statement issued on Thursday, the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs foreign affairs pl.n. Affairs concerning international relations and national interests in foreign countries. (MFA See multifactor authentication. ) said that Turkey offered condolences to the families of those killed and wished speedy recovery to those injured in the bomb blast. At least 12 people were killed and 83 others wounded due to the bomb explosion in Kabul on Thursday. Turkey strongly condemns today's attack and shares the pain of its friends as a country that believes in the cooperation of the international society against terrorism, a common enemy of all humanity, the MFA said. Turkey believes that the brotherly people of Afghanistan will eventually reach a future that is in peace. Turkey will continue to extend all assistance in this direction, the MFA stressed.
