Arinc, currently in Rabat, Morocco to attend the International Jerusalem Forum, met with Moroccan Prime Minister Abbas el Fassi Abbas El Fassi (Arabic: عباس الفاسي; born on September 18, 1940) has served as the Prime Minister of Morocco since September 19, 2007.
