Yayi was scheduled to arrive in Turkish capital Ankara on Wednesday but his visit was postponed to Thursday due to a technical failure in his plane.

Turkish President's office said in a second statement on Wednesday that Yayi's visit was further delayed. No date was given for Yayi's visit to Turkey.
