Its goal is to support and develop student exchange. It is composed of 10000 members from 240 local sections in 30 countries working in Higher Education Institutes (Universities, Polytechnics, University ESN-Turkey branch will hold its annual youth congress, AGM 2010, in Istanbul in March 2010. The decision to hold the congress in Istanbul was taken in the Netherlands in March 2009. Almost all of the delegations had voted in favor of Istanbul.
