'UGLY' WIN LOOKS GOOD TO 'HAWKS JETHAWKS 12, STOCKTON 10.

LANCASTER - To baseball purists, the process of developing players at windy Lancaster Municipal Stadium might seem unsightly even on a good day. On a hot afternoon with the High Desert's winds creating a blow-drier effect, anyone who takes offense to arena-style baseball might not want to look.

The JetHawks' 12-10 victory Sunday over the Stockton Ports The Stockton Ports are a baseball team in Stockton, California, USA. The Ports play in the Northern Division of the Class A California League and is a minor league affiliate of the Oakland Athletics.  in front of 2,242 at Lancaster Municipal Stadium fell into that category.

The JetHawks committed three errors and allowed 15 hits, including three homers, but they won their fifth consecutive game and for the seventh time in their past eight games because they had 14 hits, including six homers.

The two teams combined to tie a record for home runs in a game in which the JetHawks were involved in.
