The premise is that all these famous people have followed the lead of Michael Caine and moved to a sleepy suburban cul-de-sac somewhere in England. There's no particular logic to it other than it gives these two comedians - Phil Cornwell and John Sessions - a chance to strut their stuff. ``Stella Street'' isn't saying anything particularly deep or insightful about celebrity culture. The problem here is that the impressions vary wildly in tone and quality. Sessions does Keith Richards by way of Pedro Almodovar and Mr. Mistoffelees from ``Cats'' and his Pacino channels Ray Romano more than Michael Corleone. In other words Adv. 1. in other words - otherwise stated; "in other words, we are broke" put differently , plenty of hoo-ha, not enough har-har.
