'RAPIST' IN PANTS.

A MAN stopped by police probing an alleged gang rape was wearing the victim's red knickers, a court heard.

Steven O'Rourke, 24, was quizzed with co-accused Robert Miller, 20, as they left a flat where a 21-year-old woman was "shouting and screaming". PC Colin Powley told the high court in Perth: "We found O'Rourke was wearing red female underwear. It doesn't happen every day." O'Rourke, Miller, and James Hyndman, 23, all from Edinburgh, and Ryan Dunn, 17, of Bathgate, all deny various charges including gang-rape in Bathgate in February.
