It has an initial controlled circulation of 10,000 corporate level executives at businesses, including all companies with more than 200 employees, in Southern New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.

,' the new magazine includes coverage and commentary on major legal issues and developments and is designed to complement ALM's 'GC Mid-Atlantic's' coverage of business-related legal topics for in-house counsel. The premier issue includes coverage of the treatment of whistleblowers under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act See SOX. , changes in antitrust compliance requirements Compliance requirements are a series of directives established by United States Federal government agencies that summarize hundreds of Federal laws and regulations applicable to Federal assistance (also known as Federal aid or Federal funds).  and the impact of new immigration policies on hiring and staffing.
