'Killer wife' escapes bail breach rap; COURTS.

AN alleged killer wife was released on continuing bail yesterday after a judge said he could not be sure she had breached her release conditions.

Craigavon Crown Court had heard allegations from a 17-year-old relative of stabbing victim Kevin Doyle For other persons named Kevin Doyle, see Kevin Doyle (disambiguation).
Kevin Edward Doyle (born 18 September 1983 in Adamstown, County Wexford, Ireland) is an Irish footballer who currently plays for Reading in the English Premier League.
 that his wife Roisin Doyle, 26, was spotted in West Belfast.

As part of her bail Doyle, with an address at Henderson Avenue in Belfast, is barred from entering the Twinbrook area of the city.

Last month she pleaded not guilty to murdering her 30-year-old husband on September 27 last year.

The father-of-four was attacked after visiting a friend in the Summerhill area.

Yesterday, a relative claimed she was "shocked" to allegedly see Doyle, along with her sister Margaret Kelly Margaret Kelly may refer to:
  • Margaret B. Kelly (born 1935), American accountant and politician from Missouri
  • Margaret Kelly (dancer) (1910–2004), Irish dancer and the founder of the Bluebell Girls dance troupe
 Duffy, on Summerhill Road.

A judge said it was clear the alleged identification of Doyle had been a "fleeting glance".
