In 2004 he won the One Thousand Guineas with Attraction.
has another crack at that pair with the Chesham fifth Shakespearean.

John Ryan, who has made major inroads in his training career this season, steps Silver Grecian up in class. The Haafhd colt was an impressive winner on his debut over course and distance and gained further experience when following up at Warwick a week ago.

All nine of the runners have won at least one race and Richard Hannon, who trains Big Audio, also has Ryan Moore on board the impressive Windsor scorer Lucky General.

Tony Elves What they say Richard Hannon, trainer of Big Audio and Lucky General "Ryan [Moore] was very impressed with Lucky General, who won very easily. He had shown a lot of promise first time in that hot Newbury maiden won by Arcano [July Stakes winner yesterday], and an extra furlong won't bother him. Big Audio was certainly crying out for the seventh furlong, though we were a bit surprised he won the Chesham Stakes as we felt that the ground at Royal Ascot would be too fast. I'm pleased to see this week's rain for him, and he, too, is in good order."

Aidan O'Brien, trainer of Emperor Claudius "He's in good form and, while he hasn't done a whole lot since Ascot, we're happy with him. He was probably a bit unlucky in the Chesham as he got squeezed out at the start, but he finished out the race well."

Andrew Balding, trainer of Lord Zenith "Obviously it is a big step up but he did it very nicely last time and looks like he's going to be a very nice horse. We've always thought he was pretty good and we went to Newbury on his debut half-fancying him, but he was slowly away. He has a lot of potential and we'll find out a little bit more about him here." Mark Johnston, trainer of Shakespearean "It has taken a while for the penny to drop with him. He was green when he won first time out and green at Ascot. Hopefully, we will see an improved horse with that experience under his belt."

Karl Burke, trainer of Silenceofthewind "He's a really nice, progressive horse who won easily at Newcastle last time. I expect him to run well but he's the sort of horse who will progress further as the season goes on."
