'Historic' Bleeker Street sale.


Adelaide Polsinelli, senior executive broker of Besen & Associates, Inc., has successfully sold a three-building package at; 255 Bleecker, 257 Bleecker Street and 35 Cornelia Street, in Manhattan's Greenwich Village Greenwich Village (grĕn`ĭch), residential district of lower Manhattan, New York City, extending S from 14th St. to Houston St. and W from Washington Square to the Hudson River.  neighborhood.

The package includes three buildings, two of which are on the busiest corners in the village, Bleecker and Cornelia Streets. The third building is a four-story single-family townhouse town·house or town house  
n.
1. A residence in a city.

2. A row house, especially a fashionable one.
 on Cornelia Street.

There are a total of four residential apartments and two retail stores in this package. The package also includes development rights.

Owned by the same family since the early 1930's, the properties have a fascinating history. The corner building at 257 Bleecker was originally a bar and house of ill repute n. 1. Bad reputation; notoriety.
