'Extraordinary' honour.


Bishop Ralph Spence, of the diocese of Niagara, on Oct. 27 was one of three people honoured for their contributions to the field of heraldry heraldry, system in which inherited symbols, or devices, called charges are displayed on a shield, or escutcheon, for the purpose of identifying individuals or families.  in Canada.
