'Drinkable Art' Debuts in Healdsburg at Huntington Wine Cellars; Winery and Artist Collaborate to Create Fine Art Inspired by Fine Wine.

Ken Schilling's career has taken him to more than fifty countries, with his global canvas of visual experiences, he brings viewers into his paintings through the use of color not of the white race; - commonly meaning, esp. in the United States, of negro blood, pure or mixed.

"Wine is a work of art in and of itself," said artist Ken Schilling. "The act of tasting or drinking wine makes use of all of our senses -- smell, taste, sight -- and each leaves a distinct impression and mental image. I've tried to bring that inspiring collection of mental imagery to the canvas for each of the Huntington wines."

In addition to the Drinkable Art project, Ken Schilling is Huntington's Artist in Residence. "Ken's incredible vision and his ability to translate that vision into a beautiful work of art has always amazed a·maze
