' Look- out circular' for LTTE backer.


THE CENTRE on Tuesday issued a " look- out circular ( LOC LOC - lines of code )" against US- based LTTE sympathiser Dr Ellyn Shander. She was to have addressed a meeting in New Delhi New Delhi (dĕl`ē), city (1991 pop. 294,149), capital of India and of Delhi state, N central India, on the right bank of the Yamuna River.  on Thursday at the India Islamic Culture Centre.

The LOC was issued despite Ellyn holding a valid Indian visa.

" She should not attend this meeting and enter New Delhi," sources said in the Capital.

The home ministry issued the circular acting on a letter from Sripathi, the Tamil Nadu Tamil Nadu (tăm`əl nä`d), formerly Madras (mədrăs`, mədräs`), state (2001 provisional pop.  chief secretary, about Ellyn.

She was apparently in communication with Pazha Nedumaran, a hardcore LTTE sympathiser in Tamil Nadu.

Ellyn was also to have addressed six- seven meetings in Tamil Nadu about the " Tamil genocide" in Sri Lanka Sri Lanka (srē läng`kə) [Sinhalese,=resplendent land], formerly Ceylon, ancient Taprobane, officially Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, island republic (2005 est. pop. .

Interestingly, the New Delhi meeting was being organised by M. Natarajan, the husband of Sasikala, a foster sister of AIADMK AIADMK All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (political party in the state of Tamil Nadu, India)  leader J. Jayalalithaa.

MDMK MDMK Marumalarchi Dravida Munnettra Kazhagam (political party in Tamil Nadu)  MP A. Ganesamurthy was also actively coordinating the events for Thursday's meeting titled, " Stop genocide of Tamils in Sri Lanka". The meeting was being organised to enlist world opinion against the " genocide of Tamils" and " highlight the past and present human rights violations in Sri Lanka". The meeting was to have been addressed by Ellyn, vice- president of the Tamil Political Action Council in the US.
