On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2. , arranged permanent, fixed rate financing in the amount of $8.9 million for Lake George Lake George, village (1990 est. pop. 1,100), seat of Warren co., E N.Y.; inc. 1903. Situated on the southern tip of Lake George in the foothills of the Adirondack Mts.  Plaza in Queensbury, New York Queensbury is a town in Warren County, New York, United States. It is part of the Glens Falls, New York, Metropolitan Statistical Area, and the Albany, New York Metropolitan Area. The population was 25,441 at the 2000 census. .

Lake George Plaza is a 63,207 square foot property located at 1424 State Route 9 in Queensbury.

This highly successful off-price shopping center is 100% leased to numerous high-end national chains including Polo, Coach, Izod, Timberland, Nautica, Maidenform, Harry & David and Perfumania. Citigroup Capital Markets provided the funding on behalf of Greenridge Management Corp., the original developer of the project.
