 electronic commerce transaction solutions provider, has restructured its capital after international investment of $9.7 million to strengthen its position in the online payment market.

The investment will enable GlobeID to actively build upon its publicly recognized position within the high volume transaction marketplace, as one poised to exploit the Internet payment sector with its technically advanced software (BancBoston Robertson Stephens). This market, synonymous with synonymous with
