237 River Road is a newly-constructed office/ warehouse property with 214,234 square feet of rentable space. The building is one of three recently developed properties by Morris Company, all located along River Road in Clifton, New Jersey.

The property is 100% leased to EK Success. Harve Benard and Allied Office Supplies Office supplies is the generic term that refers to all supplies regularly used in offices by businesses and other organizations, from private citizens to governments, who works with the collection, refinement, and output of information (colloquially referred to as "paper work").  lease the other two properties.
