$82m loan helps Downtown sale.


Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Company, the nation's largest real estate investment brokerage firm, has arranged the sale of 55 Broadway (One Exchange Plaza) in Lower Manhattan Lower Manhattan is the southernmost part of the island of Manhattan, the main island and center of business and government of the City of New York. Lower Manhattan is generally defined as the area delineated on the north by Chambers Street, on the west by the Hudson River (North  for $82 million. The sale price represents a price of $273 a square foot and a sub 5-percent cap rate. Marcus & Millichap exclusively listed and marketed this asset to the top owners in the country, including many of New York New York, state, United States
