$6M retail finance package.

M. Robert Goldman & Company, Inc. (MRG) utilizing its extensive roster of correspondent lenders has arranged financing for three office and retail properties including two in Long Island and one in New York.

Included in the transactions was $3,550,000 financing for a 50,000 sq. ft. one-story office building located at 30 Jericho Executive Plaza in Jericho, Long Island. It was placed with Woodmen of the World Life Insurance Society whom MRG represents as mortgage loan correspondent.

MRG also arranged $1,500,000 to refinance a 28,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant industrial and office building situated at 330 Knickerbocker Avenue in Bohemia, Suffolk County. The loan was for a 15 year fixed rate term and was placed with Acacia Life Insurance Company, whom MRG also represents as correspondent. Acacia is one of the oldest insurance companies in the United States chartered by an act of Congress in 1869.

Lastly, a $1,000,000 fixed rate mortgage for 20 years was arranged with StanCorp Mortgage Investors covering a 5,560 sq. ft. mixed-use retail and residential building located at 11 East 12th Street in New York.
