Jawhar Estate is government-backed Monte-Carlo SBM's first international project and forms part of Monaco's plans to increase its overseas presence and have mutli-national operations. 'The super-prime residences will join the ranks of London's Knightsbridge, Manhattan's Upper East Side and Hong Kong's The Peak as one of the top-10 addresses in the world,' he added.
