$63M finance for historic building.


Sonnenblick-Goldman Company has arranged a $63 million, 10-year fixed-rate mortgage for The Curtis Center, at 124 South 6th Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on behalf of an affiliate of Oaktree Capital Management Oaktree Capital Management LLC is a US investment management corporation which operates a number of investment entities commonly known as hedge funds of approximately $40 Billion. , LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.
