$53m renovation now underway at 1350 B'way.


W&H Properties has launched a $53-million capital improvement program at 1350 Broadway, a Pre-War Trophy office tower in the Penn Plaza District, announces Jonathan Fanuzzi, managing director of Newmark Knight Frank, the building's managing and leasing agent.

The renovations underway include a new lobby, renovated elevators, air-conditioned public corridors, and restrooms, along with upgraded building systems.

"The high quality that will result from these renovations is the same as that of the original properties in the W&H portfolio--60 East 42nd Street, 501 Seventh Avenue, 1359 Broadway and 250 West 57th West 57th can refer to:

  • West 57th (news magazine), a news magazine program which aired on the CBS Television Network from 1985 to 1989
